I have been involved in Commercial Real Estate since 1992.

I began my carrier with The Craig Chatam Group, a commercial real estate services company in Visalia, CA. The company was purchased by Pearson Real Estate, Fresno, CA. in 1993, Pearson was subsequently purchased by Grubb & Ellis.

While working for these companies I solicited, listed and closed millions of dollars  in commercial, industrial and retail property transactions. I moved to the Central Coast in early 2000 and went to work for a local financial group doing residential lending.  After several years  with them I left and went to work for another local company in Arroyo Grande, CA. This move allowed me to get back into commercial real estate lending.  
I acquired my Real Estate Brokers license in 2005. I opened my first office in 2007. I currently operate branch offices in Angels Camp, Pismo Beach, San Diego.

I provide real estate mortgage lending & planning services to the Commercial Real Estate markets throughout the State of California and across the United States.
